Because we provide digital goods (software scripts, themes, modules), refunds are limited. This policy explains when refunds are allowed and how to request one.

2. Eligible Refunds
  • Duplicate payment processed by mistake.
  • Product not delivered due to an error on our side (for example, a payment was received but the download link was not provided).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Products that have already been downloaded, installed, or for which a license key has been issued.
  • Change of mind or inability to use due to lack of technical knowledge or unsupported hosting.
  • Requests for refunds because of third‑party policy violations (for example, usage blocked by social platforms).
4. How to Request a Refund

Please email billing@ownsmmpanel.in with the subject "Refund Request". Include your order ID, transaction ID, date of purchase, and a brief explanation.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
